Yoga for EVERY BODY
It is an antiquated notion that one yoga pose, or stretch will work for EVERY body. We are all born with different muscular and bone structures, have different injuries, illnesses, and often different desired outcomes. Often if a pose isn’t working it may be more to do with the structure of your body and less to do with lack of ‘effort’ on your behalf. How liberating is this!
Your practise should be as unique as your amazing body.
With my advanced anatomy background allow me to guide you safely through the poses and help make modifications to make the poses more accessible for your unique body.
Typical session
Before our session, book your FREE consultation to ensure I can meet your needs & desired outcomes, and address any of your concerns. I will then design a bespoke session to help you achieve your goals.
Each session can include different styles of yoga, MFR therapy ball work (self-massage), mindful & somatic movement, vagus nerve exercises, special breathing techniques, mindset coaching and meditation. This will all be discussed with you in advance to ensure you receive the session you truly need and want.
All sessions are tailored to your specific requirements, abilities, and experience.
No yoga experience is required.

About 6 years I made a phone call to you that was to help my final recovery from the effects of Lyme’s disease, a journey I have been on for many years. Then I wanted to develop things further to enhance a healthy life.
After a year of yin yoga classes my equilibrium was improved and my health finally in balance. Fi started to introduce me to Chinese Medicine principles into our practise and I found this very interesting and realised that it was really helping to further improve my wellbeing.
Then covid hit and thankfully Fi adapted her classes to the online medium. How it helped to be in her class learning to use different techniques to relieve stress, yoga, self-massage, breathing, different forms of meditation and relaxation.
We then moved to individual online classes, a whole new experience. Fi adapts every class to my personal needs. She is so perceptive that she seems to be able to look at my body from afar and read exactly what we need to work on. Every class includes stretches and breathing that help to relieve issues that I was not even aware of and oh my they make a difference!!!
In the last year Fi has introduced the sound bath technique into the meditation and relaxation. This vibrational technique is very powerful and compliments the physical yoga practise.
Occasionally, over the years, I have had the benefits of Fi’s healing hands. When my lymphatic is sluggish she has moved things forward. She finds the knots and moves things on! With reflexology she keeps my organs in balance.
In summary Fi’s skills have helped my 76 year old body to maintain a healthy balance in all systems.
